Time Management

Scientifically an average a 70 year old man spent his time in the following ways:
25 years - Sleep.
6 years - holiday recreations.
8 years - Studies.
4 years - Eating.
3 years - Transition, Preparation.
12 years - Effective work.

80: 20 Rule of Time Management:
According to this rule typically 80% of unfocussed efforts generate only 20% of results. The remaining 80% of results are achieved with only 20% of the effort.
